About Our Club
The Leo Club of St. Servatius College is a lively youth organization under the patronage of Lions Clubs International. “LEO” represents Leadership, Experience, and Opportunity-the aims of the club in developing leadership through community service for young people. The projects taken up by the club encompass health care, support to the elderly, children and disabilities, education, and self-development.
Founded under the guidance of the staff advisor Mrs. Harshani Pathirana, the club falls under Leo District 306 A1. Along with active membership, we work together with our Executive Committee to maintain the dignity and pride of the college through community involvement and much more

Recent Projects & Activities
Pages of Hope
“Pages of Hope” is a project by the Leo Club of St. Servatius’ College, aimed at enhancing education and promoting literacy in rural communities. We donated 1,650 books worth 800,000 LKR to the library of Mederipitiya Vidyalaya in Deniyaya. The collection includes textbooks, reference books, storybooks, and other educational resources for various age groups and reading levels. This initiative seeks to inspire a love for reading, improve literacy, and equip students with the resources needed to succeed academically. 📚✨

In support of the annual church feast at the Church of Our Lady of Matara, the Leo Club of St. Servatius’ College assisted with preparations and activities, promoting peace, religious unity, and cultural diversity. Our efforts fostered community togetherness, strengthened interfaith harmony, and reflected our commitment to service and unity. ⛪🌿
